Outside those hours, email. Messages left overnight are handled first thing on the next business day.

What to include

If your message is about an existing order, put the order number in the subject line. It is in your confirmation email. That one detail is often the difference between an answer in an hour and three rounds of questions.

Questions answered faster elsewhere

• Where is my order? Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or our Track Your Order page.
• I want to return something. Email us with the order number and we send the instructions within one business day. Full terms on the Returns and Refunds page.
• How long does delivery take? Preparation within 24 to 48 hours, then 3 to 7 business days. Details on the Shipping page.
• Something arrived broken. Send a photo to contact@mirvonoshop.com. We replace it without asking for the pieces back.

Advice before you buy

Ask; that is what we are here for. Tell us the size of the room, the colour of the walls and what you already own, and we will tell you what will work. We will also tell you when something in our own catalogue is too big, too heavy or simply unnecessary in your place, which happens more often than you would expect from a shop.
