A 60 cm round mirror can weigh 2 kg or 5 kg, and that difference decides whether a screw in plasterboard is enough. A stoneware vase can be glazed inside or raw, and in the second case it will mark your furniture. So we state the same fields everywhere.

Moulded pulp and kraft paper.
Mirrors, vases and tealight holders ship in moulded pulp inserts inside a double wall carton. That is why preparation takes 24 to 48 hours rather than same day dispatch. Tracked shipping is free, with no minimum.
Occasionally something still arrives broken. A photo is enough: we replace at our cost, without asking you to send the pieces back.

Is shipping really free?
Yes, on every order, with no minimum. No handling fee and no oversize charge, rugs and mirrors included.
How long until it arrives?
Preparation within 24 to 48 hours, then 3 to 7 business days. Under 10 days in total in the great majority of cases, tracked all the way.
What if I do not like it?
Thirty days to send it back, unused and in its original packaging. That includes the 14 day legal right of withdrawal. Return postage is yours if you changed your mind, ours if the item is faulty.
Why do natural materials vary?
Because marble, travertine, cast concrete and glazed stoneware each come out with their own veining and shading. The photo shows one piece; you receive another, very close.
