This policy explains what personal information Mirvono Limited collects when you use mirvonoshop.com, why, who it is shared with and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are

Mirvono Limited is a company registered in Hong Kong with its registered office at Flat 2304, 23/F, Ho King Commercial Centre, 2-16 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Hong Kong. What we collect

We do not collect sensitive information and have no reason to. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Why we are allowed to hold it

• To perform a contract. Without your address we cannot ship to you.
• To meet a legal obligation. Tax and accounting rules require us to keep sales records.
• Legitimate interest. Preventing fraud, securing the site and improving it.
• Consent. Marketing email and non essential cookies, which you opt into and can leave at any time.

Who we share it with

We pass the minimum necessary to the providers that make the shop work, and to nobody else:

• Payment processor. Receives your card details directly and the order total, to take payment.
• Carriers. Receive your name, address and phone number, to deliver.
• Email provider. Receives your email address, for order confirmations and, if you asked for it, marketing.
• Hosting provider. Stores the site and its database.

How long we keep it

• Orders and transactions: seven years, for tax reasons.
• Customer account: until you ask us to close it, then 30 days.
• Marketing consent records: until you unsubscribe, then two years.
• Correspondence: three years from the last message.
• Server logs: 90 days.

Your rights

Wherever you live, we honour on request: access to your data, correction, erasure (except records the law requires us to keep), restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Exercising any of these will never affect the price you pay or the service you receive.

Email contact@mirvonoshop.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We reply within 30 days and it is free. We may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by replying from the email address on the order.

Security

The site is served entirely over TLS. Access to the order database is limited to named accounts protected by strong passwords and two factor authentication. Customer passwords are stored hashed. If a breach occurs that is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and the relevant authorities without undue delay.

Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top changes. If the change is significant we say so on the home page and, where it concerns marketing, we email you.
